Infecciones bacterianas de la piel

Abstract

[Abstract] The bacterial infections of the skin are processes produced by the direct or indirect action of different bacteria, which can concern the skin and / or his annexes. The knowledge of these processes is important because, though there are some infections without importance and exclusively local, there exist others that can give place to systematic infections and take the patient to a general sepsis and, consequently, to the death. This work tries to expose the clinic and the characteristics of the principal bacterial infections of the skin, as well as to describe the agents who produce them, and the most effective treatment for each of them. The bacterial infections concern principally the leg and the foot, for what his study and knowledge is necessary in depth for his better identification and diagnosis, as well as for the application of the correct treatment.
