Abstract

[Resumen] El presente proyecto trata del diseño de una nave industrial con sus respectivas zonas de oficinas y de talleres, cuyo fin es llevar a cabo la actividad de reparación de equipos eléctricos y electrónicos. Se realiza el cálculo de la instalación eléctrica, tanto de alumbrado general como de emergencia, fuerza y la instalación de equipamiento contraincendios. Además, se realiza el diseño de la distribución en planta del edificio, que dispone de tres zonas con tres usos diferenciados, administrativo, sanitario e industrial. Para definir lo proyectado, así como los términos legales, urbanísticos y de seguridad, el presente proyecto consta de los documentos citados a continuación: memoria, anejos, planos, pliego de condiciones y presupuesto.

[Resumo] Este proxecto trata do deseño dunha nave industrial coas súas respectivas áreas de oficinas e talleres, cuxa finalidade é levar a cabo a actividade de reparación de equipos eléctricos e electrónicos. Realizase o cálculo da instalación eléctrica, iluminación xeral e de emerxencia, potencia e instalación de equipos de loita contra incendios. Ademais, realízase o deseño da distribución en planta do edificio, que ten tres áreas con tres usos diferentes, administrativo, sanitario e industrial. Para definir o proxectado, así como os termos legais, urbanísticos e de seguridade, o presente proxecto consta dos documentos a continuación citados: memoria, anexos, planos, pliego de condicións e presuposto.

[Abstract] This project is about to design an industrial building including office area and workshops, aimed at repairing electrical and electronic equipment. The calculation of the electrical installation is carried out, both for general and emergency lighting, power and the installation of firefighting equipment. In addition, the designo f the layout of the building is carried out, which has three áreas with three different uses administrative, sanitary and industrial. To define what is projected, as well as the legal terms, urban terms and safety terms, the present project consists of the next documents: report, annexes, plans, set of conditions and budget
