Abstract

Resumen: Este proyecto corresponde al diseño de un barco petrolero de tipo Suezmax, esta denominación se debe a que sus dimensiones están ajustadas para poder transitar por el canal de Suez. Este buque cuenta con una capacidad de carga de 150000 toneladas de peso muerto destinadas a crudo de densidad máxima 0,86 t/m3 . El sistema de carga y descarga de los tanques se hará a través de la cámara de bombas. La propulsión es diésel eléctrica y el barco en condiciones de servicio con 85 % de MCR y 10 % de margen de mar tiene que ser capaz de alcanzar 15 nudos. La autonomía es de 10000 millas. El buque contará con 25 tripulantes con camarotes individuales. El resto de los equipos e instalaciones son los habituales para este tipo de buques.
