Abstract

[Resumo] As sociedades científicas fan especial fincapé na necesidade de reducir os tempos na aplicación da reanimación cardiopulmonar (RCP) e a desfibrilación ante as paradas cardiorrespiratorias. Por este motivo, insisten en que non é preciso esperar a chegada de persoal sanitario para iniciar a primeira intervención, tanto no caso da RCP como no da desfibrilación, que son os dous elos chave da cadea de supervivencia para evitar a morte das persoas afectadas polo paro cardíaco. Neste traballo preséntanse casos reais que xustifican o posible uso do desfibrilador sen restricións. Para alén, propóñense localizacións para este instrumento, explícase o seu manexo nuns pasos fáciles e amósase a RCP básica con utilización do desfibrilador. Como conclusión recálcase a importancia de divulgar algo de grande utilidade para todos: a necesidade de ter desfibriladores á man e o interese de empregalos sen temor de ningún tipo.

[Abstract] Scientific societies strongly emphasize the need to reduce the time in the application of CPR and defibrillation to cardiac arrests. Therefore they insist that it is not necessary to wait for medical personnel to start the first intervention, both CPR and defibrillation, which are the two key links in the chain of survival to avoid killing people affected by cardiac arrest. In this study real cases amply justify the possible use of the defibrillator without restrictions occur, the places should be located are proposed management defibrillator in a few easy steps explain the basic RCP is presented with use of the defibrillator and the need for easily have defibrillators and the importance of using them without fear of any kind: a conclusion in which it stresses the importance of disseminating very helpful to all present.
