Abstract

El proyecto trata de la construcción de instalaciones deportivas para la práctica de gimnasia y otras actividades físicas guiadas, pádel y deportes de pista pequeña tales como el fútbol sala, baloncesto, tenis, etc. Con esto se tratará de dar un servicio a aquellos que practiquen deportes de gimnasia y pádel para los que no hay instalaciones especializadas y para todos aquellos que quieran practicar deporte de forma libre. Algo imposible en la actualidad, pues a pesar de existir algunas instalaciones de este estilo en la localidad, se trata de lugares privados de acceso restringido a aquellos que no paguen por su uso o a todo el público en general. De esta forma también se evitará el uso ilegal que se está dando de estas instalaciones. Por lo tanto se propone en este proyecto tras un análisis de las posibles alternativas, la construcción de una instalación que contendrá una pista polideportiva tipo Sala de Barrio, una sala especializada para gimnasia y dos pistas de pádel, además de los espacios auxiliares asociados a estas. Cuenta con un aforo máximo de 477 espectadores. La estructura será aporticada, de 45,5 metros de anchura y 78,5 metros de longitud, con cubierta en forma de celosía metálica, cerramientos de fábrica y el resto de la estructura de hormigón armado. La instalación se situará en el extremo oeste de la localidad de Guitiriz con acceso desde la Avenida de A Coruña, quedará situado al lado del centro de educación infantil y primaria Lagostelle y el actual pabellón polideportivo municipal.
