[Resumen] La reforma laboral operada a través del Real Decreto-Ley 3/2012, de 10 de febrero, y de su ley de convalidación, la Ley 3/2012, de 6 de julio, ha pretendido atajar la sangría del paro a través de una reforma de la figura de la extinción de los contratos de trabajo, de forma que podríamos hablar de los despidos de la crisis. Sin embargo, las medidas adoptadas para atajar la crisis económica han tenido un impacto tan profundo en la regulación de la institución del despido tal y como se veía entendiendo que bien pudieran denominarse la crisis de los despidos. En este artículo se trata de clarificar qué puntos se han visto afectados por ellas y en qué medida la faceta reformada ha supuesto una transformación de las notas tradicionalmente características de cada tipo de despido.
[Abstract] The labour reform operated through Royal Decree Law 3/2012, 10th February, and its act of recognition, Law 3/2012, of 6th July, has tried to tackle unemployment bleeding through a reform of the figure of the termination of employment contracts, so that you could talk about dismissals of the crisis. However, measures to tackle the economic crisis have had an impact so deep in the regulation of the institution of the dismissal as it was understood might well call the crisis of dismissals. In this article, it is clarified which points have been affected by they and to what extent reformed facet has been a transformation of the notes traditionally features of each type of dismissal.
