[Abstract] In these times of crisis also public administrations have sought to protect against possible claims of workers who, until recently, they provided their services through employment contract for specific work or service. One of the means, that have been used, was the creation of public enterprises that, filed between the worker and the Administration, try to avoid any responsibility to achieve this. Particularly significant has been its employment in forestry activities (e.g., by TRAGSA or, in Galicia, SEAGA). However, and precisely at the moment in which we find ourselves, we must make use of the old appeal for the piercing the veil to discover that behind these public companies is the Administration itself.
