El artículo estudia el impacto que el Derecho administrativo global tiene sobre el Derecho Administrativo en la América española. Se parte de la tesis según la cual ese Derecho administrativo global incentiva a la transformación de la Administración, de un sistema basado en el poder a un sistema centrado en los ciudadanos, en beneficio de la gobernanza democrática y de acuerdo con el postulado de la buena administración.
[Abstract] The article analyzes the impact of the Global Administrative Law over the Administrative Law in Latin-America. According with our proposal, the Global Administrative Law promotes the transformation of the Administration from a system based in the power to a system based on the citizens, in benefits of the democratic governance, according with the principle of the good administration.
