Workplace Civility Scale: primo studio sulle proprietà psicometriche

Abstract

Lo scopo del presente lavoro è di valutare le proprietà psicometriche della Workplace Civility Scale. Hanno partecipato allo studio 227 medici e infermieri. Sono state analizzate dimensionalità, attendibilità e validità concorrente. L’analisi fattoriale confermativa ha supportato la versione unidimensionale della scala con buona coerenza interna e validità. I risultati indicano che la Workplace Civility Scale risulta un valido strumento per rilevare la civiltà sul posto di lavoro nel contesto italiano.
