Abstract

Questo lavoro intende contribuire all’importante dialogo tra psicologia e diritto e si focalizza sul tema della dis/regolazione delle emozioni che da alcuni anni è diventato oggetto di interesse crescente da parte di psicologi e neuroscienziati. La finalità dello studio è di offrire indicazioni sui principali risultati scientifici che la ricerca offre sull’argomento e su possibili contributi in ambito forense, sul piano conoscitivo e applicativo. This study aims to contribute developing the important dialogue between psychology and law and focuses on the theme of emotion dis/regulation. in recent years this topic has become the subject of increasing interest by psychologists and neuroscientists. The purpose of our work is to provide examples on major scientific results of research and to offer some contributions in the forensic field.
