Abstract

Il contributo tratta le principali problematiche energetiche degli edifici civili realizzati in Italia, analizzando per diversi standard edilizi i consumi per riscaldamento, acs ed energia elettrica. Viene poi descritto in particolare il target energetico Passivhaus in tutte le sue implicazioni tecnologiche ed impiantistiche. In riferimento alle norme vigenti sono analizzate criticamente tutte le caratteristiche principali dell'edificio Passivhaus (isolamento dell'involucro, assenza di ponti termici, impianti ad alta efficienza ed uso di fonti di energia rinnovabile). Il contributo analizza quindi in dettaglio tre edifici progettati e/o realizzati in Italia secondo lo standard Passivhaus: un nuovo complesso residenziale a schiera realizzato in località Verano (Bz), il recupero energetico di un condominio realizzato a Bolzano ed il progetto di un edificio per uffici sito a Firenze. Per quest'ultimo sono state indagate le implicazioni energetiche dovute all'utilizzo di diversi sistemi di schermatura solare.
