Riprogettazione energetica. Valutazione tecnico economica di un edificio riprogettato secondo lo standard Passivhaus

Abstract

Il concetto di sviluppo sostenibile rappresenta il punto di partenza per ”nuove” strategie progettuali fondate su elevati target energetici e di qualità ambientale, soprattutto in nuovi edifici. Scopo del lavoro è quello di analizzare le prestazioni del sistema edificio – impianto in una costruzione residenziale dell’Italia centrale e di valutare la fattibilità tecnico economica di strategie di riprogettazione volte ad adeguare l’edificio allo standard energetico passivhaus, valutandone i risparmi conseguibili in termini economici ed ambientali. I principali risultati dello studio hanno evidenziato come, nell’Italia centrale, sia possibile raggiungere il target energetico degli edifici passivi anche utilizzando componenti tecnologici meno onerosi dal punto di vista economico e con prestazioni più adatte ad un clima temperato rispetto a quelle indicate dal PassivHaus Institut di Darmstadt.
