Il contributo illustra il progetto dello studio spagnolo Arqbag per il recupero di un magazzino agricolo in senior cohousing, evidenziando le potenzialità del reuse cohousing anche alla piccola scala, sia come strumento di recupero del patrimonio edilizio minore dismesso che come attivatore di relazioni sociali.
