Abstract

Over the past twenty years, the concept of care has become central in pedagogy, serving as a cross-cutting reference point in education and training. This study explores the value of care in human relationships, linking it to autobiographical narration as an educational and therapeutic tool. Autobiographical writing emerges as a transformative practice, fostering individual and collective well-being. The narrative approach, applied in socio-health and educational contexts, is positioned as a key strategy for social change and inclusion.
