Abstract

Il presente contributo – interamente dedicato ai contratti di Green Public Procurement – offre una ricostruzione normativa e giurisprudenziale della materia, tanto in ambito nazionale quanto in quello eurounitario. La trattazione è aggiornata al nuovo Codice dei contratti pubblici (d.lgs. 31 marzo 2023, n. 36) nonché alle ultime pronunce del Consiglio di Stato.// This contribution – entirely dedicated to the contracts of Green Public Procurement – offers a legal and jurisprudential reconstruction of the subject, both in the national and euro-unitary context. The text is updated to the new Code of Public Contracts (d.lgs. 31 March 2023, n. 36) and the latest rulings of the Council of State.
