Abstract

Il volume presenta otto case history di comunicazione pubblica in Italia. In particolare il capitolo presenta il caso di un Comune toscano, quello di Pistoia, sia come "best practice" per le modalità in cui si è organizzata e gestita la comunicazione nel Comune, sia per uno dei primi esempi di ascolto del cittadino che ha dato vita al servizio "Pronto Cantiere".
