The cycling is widespread in professional and amateur level in recent years has increasingly practiced by women. It is a sport that is ideal for fitness and it’s not considered at risk for back pain, however some cyclists accused back pains. The athlete’s positioning on the bike, the choice of materials, fixed positions kept for a long time are subject of many studies on relations with back pain. the following study was performed on professional women cyclists to detect back pain during the day and workouts in relation to their posture and their position on the bike.
