Abstract

GRAFITOS es una marca de tejidos infantiles creada por la familia Stefoni - Kellemberger en 2001, luego de realizar durante 8 años trabajos para terceros. Desde un comienzo la marca enfocó su negocio a la producción y venta a comercios minoristas de prendas tejidas para bebés y niños en las provincias de Santa Fe, Córdoba, Entre Ríos y Buenos Aires. Como puede ser normal en los emprendimientos familiares que avizoran un crecimiento, el negocio comienza a desorganizarse y a cometer errores. El motivo del presente trabajo será dar solución a los problemas mencionados, para luego plantear un horizonte de crecimiento que permita a GRAFITOS establecerse como la marca de prendas tejidas para bebés y niños mas especializada y de mejor calidad a nivel nacional.
