Abstract

Ciertos productos líquidos pueden contener iones libres que inducen una conductividad en el material. Poder medirla con rapidez y métodos no invasivos puede servir para una diversidad de aplicaciones industriales: monitorización y/o control de procesos, control de calidad o cualquier otra acción en la que dicha conductividad pueda acotarse dada una geometría conocida del recipiente del líquido, ya sea una tubería por la que fluye nuestro producto, una botella aislada de la atmósfera o un depósito con una gran cantidad de producto. El presente proyecto consiste en dar una herramienta fácilmente integrable en un entorno industrial que sirva para tomar dicha medida a base de elementos que se encuentran en el mercado con gran facilidad.

Ser capaços de mesurar-la amb rapidesa i mètodes no invasius pot servir per a una diversitat d'aplicacions industrials: monitorització i/o control de processos, control de qualitat o qualsevol altra acció en què dita conductivitat es pugui delimitar donada una geometria coneguda del recipient del líquid, ja sigui un tub pel què circula el nostre producte, una ampolla aïllada de l'atmosfera o un dipòsit amb una gran quantitat de producte. El present projecte consisteix a donar una eina fàcilment integrable a un entorn industrial que serveixi per prendre dita mesura a base d'elements que es troben al mercat amb gran facilitat.

Certain liquid products may contain free ions that induct conductivity in the material. Being able to measure it in a fast and non invasive method can be useful for a variety of industrial applications: process monitoring and/or control, quality control or any other action in which said conductivity can be delimited given a certain geometry of the liquid recipient, be it a tube in which our product flows, an isolated bottle from the atmosphere or a tank with a large quantity of product. This project consists on giving a tool that easily assembles into an industrial environment useful to collect said measure using elements that can be easy to find in the market.

En el proyecto se concibe diseña desarrolla e implementa una familia de equipos de medida de conductividad de líquidos, sin la necesidad de poner electrodos en contacto con el líquido a medir. El concepto de medida utiliza un campo magnético alterno para producir corrientes inducidas en el medio a medir. El diseño esta orientado a funcionar en un entorno industrial.
