Abstract

El proyecto es un Centro Especializado de Alto Rendimiento en altura, enfocado a deportes de invierno sin descartar otros deportes. Se sitúa en el Balneario de Panticosa, en la comarca del Alto Gallego, en Huesca, a una altura de 1936m, perfecto para un entrenamiento en altura y en un entorno privilegiado rodeado de montañas que alcanzan los 3000m. El edificio se compone de una base de hormigón y piedra del que surgen 5 volúmenes quebrados de construcción ligera que se giran hacia el valle en busca de la luz y las vistas. El zócalo de construcción más pesada, hormigón y piedra, sirve de nexo y comunicación a varios niveles entre los diferentes volúmenes. La planta de entrada (planta +0) se sitúa en la cota +1940 m.s.n.m. ocupando unos 5000 m2 en planta. El programa se divide en tres áreas: Zona de administración y servicios, zona de aguas y área polideportiva. - Zona de servicios: Volumen de tres plantas. Superficie construida en planta baja: 660m2 : • Planta 0 (Entrada): Vestíbulo, recepción, oficinas, cafetería, cocina, núcleo comunicación vertical y W.C./vestuarios, despacho y cabinas fisioterapia. • Planta 1: Comedor (97m2), aulas formación y conferencias (127m2), zona descanso (45m2), biblioteca, descanso, despachos (116m2), vestuarios/W.C. • Planta -1: Vestuarios, sala electrocardiogramas, sala antropometría, sala medición de esfuerzos, laboratorio análisis y dopaje, centro médico y fisio (385m2), instalaciones, suministros, almacenes (230m2), taller reparación, almacén material. - Zona de aguas: Superficie en planta baja: 1740m2 : • Planta 0: Piscina de entrenamiento (780m2), vestuarios (114m2), piscinas termales (240m2), saunas, contrastes (100m2) • Planta 1: Solárium (194m2), terraza (673m2). • Planta -1: Instalaciones, calderas piscinas. - Área polideportiva: Superficie en planta -1: 1600m2 : • Planta 0: Sala musculación, cardio (388m2), vestuarios (145m2) • Planta -1: Sala entrenamiento funcional (367m2), sala Pilates, yoga, estiramientos… (140m2), vestuarios, almacenes (170m2) - Rocódromo y Boulder: Superficie en planta -1: 540m2
