Equipaments per a la mobilitat

Abstract

En la primera part de l’exercici es proposa l’aprofitament i la transformació d’algunes benzineres urbanes per servir al tipus de mobilitat que preveu el planejament, partint de l’esquema de superilles i la superació del vehicle propulsat per combustible fòssil. A través de l’estudi de les externalitats i els requeriments tant de la mobilitat actual, com del repartiment modal futur, es detecta la demanda de dues noves infraestructures urbanes: pàrquings per a la bicicleta privada i plataformes de distribució de mercaderies. Es tipifiquen les 80 benzineres de l’àmbit delimitat per les Rondes de Barcelona per a poder seleccionar aquells grups i unitats de la xarxa que facin viable el sistema. A partir d’aquest nodes, es determinen els eixos bàsics i secundaris per a la mobilitat a peu, bicicleta, transport públic, vehicle privat i mercaderies respectivament, de manera que els carrers s’especialitzen. En la segona part de l’exercici s’escull una de les benzineres de la xarxa i es proposa un possible model de transformació. S’aprofita en la mesura del possible l’estructura i els materials existents i es manté la presència de la marquesina com a element reconeixible. Pel que fa a programa, les plantes soterrani, baixa i altell s’adeqüen per a magatzem-dipòsits, trasvàs de mercaderies i aparcament de bicicletes respectivament; les plantes primera, segona i tercera - terrassa, de nova construcció, es destinen a vestidors i serveis, oficines-administració, i restaurant-bar respectivament, i a superfícies d’ampliació o apropiació veïnal.
