Abstract

El presente Proyecto Final de Máster, titulado: “Estudio de Ahorro y Eficiencia Energética del Colegio La Salle Bonanova” consiste en el análisis de ahorro y eficiencia energética llevado a cabo en el Colegio La Salle Bonanova. Donde se ha estudiado, analizado y comparado tanto las características constructivas del edificio, en este caso los cerramientos de la envolvente de la fachada o el tipo de instalación lumínica empleada en las diferentes partes del edificio. Dicho trabajo consta del análisis por sectores del edificio, estudiando las diferentes partes del colegio en función de su uso. De esta manera detallando para el posterior análisis los cerramientos del edificio, tipo de luminaria empleado, watios consumidos o el grado de transmitancias de cada parte del colegio. Con todos los datos obtenidos mediante una matriz se hace el estudio general con el propósito de tener una visión general del estado actual. Mediante el cual se plantean mejoras en todos los aspectos analizados con el fin de mejorar por un lado el ahorro energético como la eficiencia de las instalaciones.
