Diseño automatización de una máquina de llenado y tapado

Abstract

En el present projecte es dissenyarà la part d'automatització d'una màquina segons unes especificacions imposades per aconseguir realitzar un procés d'ompliment i tapat. Per a això, s'ha fet el disseny complet detallar-ne les parts funcionals o conjunts constituents més importants de l'automatització de la màquina i a més, s'ha dissenyat la instal·lació elèctrica i la programació del PLC i de la pantalla HMI, que permetran complir satisfactòriament amb les especificacions. En primer lloc s'elabora, un estudi que ens permet realitzar una elecció encertada del tipus de màquina que es podria adaptar millor a les necessitats del client. La màquina ha de poder omplir i tapar diferents formats d'ampolla amb el que és molt important que la màquina aquest dimensionada per complir-lo i tenir una certa flexibilitat. També ha de fer els canvis de formats ràpids i sense eines (not tools). A més, s'incorporés una pantalla HMI on es podran ajustar els paràmetres del format, mirar l'estat de la màquina, triar la manera de treball, visualització de les alarmes .... La programació del PLC es farà amb l'estàndard de programació PackML ,que és una estructura de programació en auge als Estats Units i que cada vegada s'està implementant a més països.
