Disseny conceptual dels mecanismes i forma d’una aixeta amb cabals prefixats

Abstract

En l'actualitat els hàbits de consum i de producció insostenibles han provocat un augment en el consum de recursos a escala mundial. El consum d'aigua no és una excepció, en concret el consum d'aigua domèstic en països desenvolupats representa un 65% del consum total de les ciutats. Per aquest motiu aquest projecte consisteix en la creació d'un producte que afavoreix la reducció en el consum d'aigua. Concretament es vol acabar amb el malbaratament domèstic d'aigua dissenyant un sistema que doti les aixetes amb un conjunt de cabals preestablerts. El treball se centra en el disseny conceptual del mecanisme de l'aixeta. Per això primerament es realitza una recerca de patents i alternatives existents en el mercat, per conèixer l'estat de la tècnica. Seguidament s'apliquen un conjunt de tècniques creatives i es realitza un estudi de viabilitat per desenvolupar diferents alternatives de solució al problema plantejat. Amb la solució general escollida es comença la fase de disseny conceptual dirigit, en la qual s'acaba de definir i configurar la solució, aplicant una sèrie de mètodes i procediments. Entre els quals trobem per exemple: Diagrama FAST, Enquesta i QFD, TRIZ, diagrama d'Ishikawa i anàlisi AMFE. Per últim mitjançant el software de disseny 3dsMAX es realitza un modelatge 3D de la configuració final del producte, a partir del qual s'estableix una base sòlida per continuar desenvolupant el producte en les posteriors fases de disseny, el disseny de detall, el disseny tècnic o d'enginyeria i el disseny de producció.
