Disseny d'un mecanisme d'emmagatzematge de bicicletes

Abstract

El present treball tracta sobre el disseny d’un mecanisme d’emmagatzematge de bicicletes, alternatiu als existents en el mercat actual. L’objectiu principal és arribar a una solució que permeti dipositar una bicicleta dins de casa o en un garatge de forma que permeti optimitzar les prestacions que tenen els productes comercialitzats, on un usuari qualsevol pugui tenir a casa seva. Bàsicament, una de les mancances que es poden trobar és el problema que suposa l’espai que ocupa la bicicleta un cop està emmagatzemada en el seu lloc, fet que suposa un desaprofitament de la zona. Així doncs, es dissenyarà un sistema que permeti ocupar el mínim espai possible per al dia a dia de les persones. El procés de disseny engloba la creació del sistema d’emmagatzematge, el modelat d’aquest i dels diferents components mitjançant SolidWorks, la realització dels plànols necessaris, la definició dels processos de fabricació i el corresponent pressupost i valoració econòmica. Paral·lelament i com a part d’aquest procés de disseny, es realitzen també els pertinents estudis de resistència mitjançant el mètode d’elements finits (MEF) per tal de dur a terme la validació i certificar el correcte funcionament del resultat obtingut.
