Abstract

El presente proyecto propone la implementación de REM, para el Campus Nord de la UPC. El proyecto consiste en, a partir de la medición del espectro radioeléctrico de la banda de TV en un número finito de posiciones en todo el campus, posteriormente construir, utilizando técnicas de interpolación, un REM que sea capaz de proporcionar de manera fiable la ocupación del espectro radioeléctrico en la banda de TV en cualquier punto o ubicación geográfica del Campus Nord–UPC en la que un usuario secundario pueda ubicarse, de modo que le permita determinar cuál el canal más apropiado para la transmisión cognitiva.

El present projecte proposa la implementació de REM, per al Campus Nord de la UPC . El projecte consisteix en, a partir del mesurament de l'espectre radioelèctric de la banda de TV en un nombre finit de posicions en tot el campus . Posteriorment construir un REM que serà capaç de proporcionar de manera fiable , utilitzant tècniques d'interpolació , l'ocupació de l'espectre radioelèctric a la banda de TV a qualsevol punt o ubicació geogràfica del Campus Nord-UPC en què un usuari secundari pugui consultar al REM. Per, posteriorment determinar el canal més apropiat per a la transmissió cognitiva .

This project proposes the implementation of REM to the North Campus of the UPC. The project consists of, from the measurement of radio spectrum in the TV band in a finite number of positions around the campus. Then build a REM that will be able to provide reliably, using interpolation techniques , the occupation of radio spectrum in the TV band at any point or geographical location at Campus North – UPC in which a secondary user to consult the REM. To then determine the most appropriate channel for cognitive transmission.

Realización de medidas en la banda de TV, creación de un REM y acceso al mismo a través de un teléfono móvil. El estudio se centrará en los siguientes aspectos (a considerar durante la realización del trabajo): ? Estudio de la distancia óptima entre medidas. ? Análisis de los distintos métodos de creación de un REM (Interpolación espacial, posición TX y modelo de propagación). ? Acceso al REM desde un dispositivo comercial (teléfono móvil) y validación de los resultados. ? Relación Outdoor/indoor.
