Abstract

Medir la concentración en el aire, para ello deberemos de linealizar la salida del sensor en este caso un Figaro TGS822 para poder tratarla. Estudiaremos posibles alternativas a los ya conocidos sistemas antilogarítmicos, probaremos diferentes tipos de linealización para ver cual es mas aconsejable, y realizaremos 2 prototipos capaces de medir el etanol, un prototipo será implementado mediante circuiteria analógica y en el realizaremos una linealización por aproximacion mediante serie de taylor en un tramo comprendido entre 1000 y 5000 ppm, estudiaremos los resultados y realizaremos conclusiones, por otra parte el segundo prototipo sera de carácter digital, utilizaremos un microcontrolador de la casa Atmel, concretamente un AT89c51 y realizaremos la linealización mediante aproximaciones a succesivas rectas, contaremos un ADC que nos dará la tensión del sensor en 8bits, y nosotros realizaremos las funciones matemáticas necesáreas dentro del microcontrolador. El tramo a linealizar sera de 50 a 5000 ppm. La visualización en el primer prototipo será mediante un multímetro y en la escala de 1000ppm=1V y 5000ppm=5V, en el segundo prototipo la visualización se realizará mediante la utilización de cuatro displays del tipo siete segmentos donde se visualizará las PPM Debido a la imposibilidad de realizar las pruebas con el propio sensor, utilizaremos en ámbos prototipos un punto de test donde le introduciremos las tensión que equivaldría a las ppm deseadas. Compararemos los resultados de ámbos prototipos y sacaremos las conclusiones finales.
