Abstract

La automatización de procesos en la industria del automóvil es uno de los objetivos primeros que buscan la calidad de servicio y competitividad de la empresa . Este servicio se basa en , principalmente , la satisfacción del cliente. Para ello , deben fabricarse productos de calidad , y éstos deben ser entregados dentro de los plazos establecidos. El mantenimiento de la maquinaria es imprescindible cuando el sistema exige unos plazos entrega que siguen el modelo “just in time” y la calidad trepa hasta llegar al ideal de los “cero defectos”. La fabricación debe asegurarse , tanto a nivel de calidad como a nivel de entregas. Esto sólo se consigue teniendo las máquinas en condiciones óptimas de trabajo y reduciendo al mínimo los paros de máquina por fallos diversos. El presente trabajo pretende la implementación de un sistema de mantenimiento integral , que permita alcanzar unos objetivos determinados de producción y calidad en una fábrica de componentes del motor , incrementando y optimizando los parámetros de disponibilidad y eficiencia de equipos de producción.
