Buildings require an immense amount of energy and cause a large portion of global CO2 emissions, during construction as well as in the use and demolition phases. The question" How to build in the age of climate change?" is therefore all the more urgent. In this book, through a series of essays and interviews, experts from different fields seek answers. Twenty-three international projects are illustrated and described in detail to show what can be achieved when it comes to climate-friendly building--encouraging developers and clients to forge new paths together.
