Pre-disseny motocicleta elèctrica

Abstract

L’objectiu d’aquest Projecte Final de Grau (PFG) és aportar un pre-disseny d’una motocicleta elèctrica amb xassís tubular del tipus cabina. La intenció és la de proposar un disseny de motocicleta que redueixi les lesions greus o la mort dels pilots en cas d’accident, però sense descuidar que el disseny ha de tenir cabuda al mercat i complir amb uns mínims per tal de poder-se homologar. Es pretén aportar una idea que posteriorment es pugui basar amb un disseny final i una fabricació real. Caldrà aportar un mínim d’estudi previ del mercat i utilitzar-lo per la base del prototip agafant les idees existents reals i/o fictícies. La part de disseny, en aquest cas, serà de gran importància, ja que l’estructura tubular i les dimensions hauran de ser reals i viables. Un cop dissenyat i dimensionat, es procedirà al muntatge del xassís, sempre respectant que es tracti del tipus tubular, on s’evitarà, en la mesura del possible, la utilització de peces de fosa o mecanitzat complex. Cal que el disseny pugui i prevegi els altres components vitals pel correcte funcionament del prototip. Malgrat tot, no es pretén encabir-los tots de manera precisa, ja que el temps és limitat. Un cop dissenyat i estructurat el xassís, es duran a terme els principals estudis de deformació en cas d’impacte, mitjançant eines informàtiques, per tal de garantir un mínim de seguretat en l’estructura. Finalment, es calcularà el cost de mercat en la fabricació d‘un model real, tenint en compte els preus del material, processos i mà d’obra.
