Abstract

En pleno 2025, los datos gobiernan el mundo. Ser una empresa que no se guía por los datos es estar condenada a quedarse atrás. Este Trabajo de Fin de Grado explora la integración de Katsuyaku, un sistema de trazabilidad y medición del rendimiento, dentro del ecosistema de Amphora, una empresa del sector logístico. Este sistema busca aportar visibilidad sobre el trabajo real que se realiza en los almacenes de distribución, ayudando tanto a optimizar procesos como a reconocer el esfuerzo de los operarios. A través de la gamificación, Katsuyaku pretende motivar y empoderar a los trabajadores, no desde el control, sino desde el reconocimiento y la implicación.

En ple 2025, les dades governen el món. Ser una empresa que no es guia per les dades és estar condemnada a quedar enrere. Aquest Treball de Final de Grau explora la integració de Katsuyaku, un sistema de traçabilitat i mesura del rendiment, dins de l'ecosistema d'Amphora, empresa del sector logístic. Aquest sistema busca aportar visibilitat sobre la feina real que es fa als magatzems de distribució, ajudant tant a optimitzar processos com a reconèixer l'esforç dels operaris. A través de la gamificació, Katsuyaku vol motivar i empoderar els treballadors, no des del control, sinó des del reconeixement i la implicació.

In 2025, data rules the world. Being a company that does not rely on data means being doomed to fall behind. This Final Degree Project explores the integration of Katsuyaku, a traceability and performance measurement system, into the Amphora ecosystem, a company in the logistics sector. The system aims to bring visibility to the real work carried out in distribution warehouses, helping both to optimize processes and to recognize the efforts of warehouse workers. Through gamification, Katsuyaku seeks to motivate and empower employees, not through control, but through recognition and engagement.
