Abstract

Este trabajo presenta el diseño y construcción de una consola de videojuegos portátil, desarrollada desde cero. El objetivo principal ha sido integrar los conocimientos adquiridos durante el grado, abordando tanto la parte de hardware como la de software. Para el diseño de la consola se ha utilizado un microcontrolador Arduino Nano RP2040 Connect, elegido por sus prestaciones de memoria y procesamiento. Se ha diseñado el circuito impreso teniendo en cuenta la integridad de señal y la funcionalidad de cada componente, así como una carcasa impresa en 3D. También se ha llevado a cabo la programación de una adaptación de dos videojuegos clásicos: Tetris y Pac-Man. El resultado final ha sido un prototipo funcional y ergonómico, que demuestra que es posible construir una consola de videojuegos de forma sencilla y eficaz.

Aquest treball presenta el disseny i la construcció d’una consola de videojocs portàtil, desenvolupada des de zero. L’objectiu principal ha estat integrar els coneixements adquirits durant el grau, abordant tant la part de hardware com la part de software. Per el disseny de la consola s’ha utilitzat un microcontrolador Arduino Nano RP2040 Connect, escollit per les seves prestacions de memòria i processament. S’ha dissenyat el circuit imprès tenint en compte la integritat de senyal i la funcionalitat de cada component, i una carcassa impresa en 3D. També s’ha dut a terme la programació d’una adaptació de dos videojocs clàssics: Tetris i Pac-Man. Els resultat final ha estat un prototip funcional i ergonòmic, que demostra que és possible construir una consola de videojocs de manera senzilla i eficaç.

This project presents the design and construction of a portable videogame console, developed from scratch. The main goal was to integrate the knowledge acquired throughout the degree, addressing both hardware and software. For the console design, an Arduino Nano RP2040 Connect microcontroller was used, selected for its memory and processing capabilities. The printed circuit board was designed taking into consideration signal integrity and component functionalities, and a 3D-printed case was created. Additionally, adaptations of two classic videogames were programmed: Tetris and Pac-Man. The final result, is a functional and ergonomic prototype, demonstrating that it is possible to build a videogame console in a simple and effective way.
