Abstract

Este proyecto tiene como objetivo el estudio y la mejora de una plataforma de monitorización para la detección de eventos de ciberseguridad. Se ha analizado una infraestructura informática con el objetivo de detectar vulnerabilidades en dispositivos y servicios, identificar posibles amenazas y proponer mejoras efectivas en su seguridad. Uno de los puntos clave ha sido el estudio comparativo de diferentes soluciones SIEM (Security Information and Event Management), para determinar cuál es la más adecuada según las necesidades del sistema analizado. Como resultado, se ha propuesto e implementado una arquitectura de monitorización más eficiente y robusta, capaz de mejorar la capacidad de detección y respuesta ante incidentes de seguridad.

Aquest projecte té com a objectiu l'estudi i la millora d'una plataforma de monitoratge per a la detecció d'esdeveniments de ciberseguretat. S'ha analitzat una infraestructura informàtica amb l'objectiu de detectar vulnerabilitats en dispositius i serveis, identificar possibles amenaces i proposar millores efectives en la seva seguretat. Un dels punts clau ha estat l'estudi comparatiu de diferents solucions SIEM (Security Information and Event Management), per determinar quina és la més adequada segons les necessitats del sistema analitzat. Com a resultat, s'ha proposat i implementat una arquitectura de monitoratge més eficient i robusta, capaç de millorar la capacitat de detecció i resposta davant incidents de seguretat.

This project aims to study and improve a monitoring platform for the detection of cybersecurity events. An IT infrastructure has been analyzed in order to detect vulnerabilities in devices and services, identify possible threats and propose effective improvements in its security. One of the key points has been the comparative study of different SIEM (Security Information and Event Management) solutions, to determine which is the most appropriate according to the needs of the analyzed system. As a result, a more efficient and robust monitoring architecture has been proposed and implemented, capable of improving the ability to detect and respond to security incidents.
