Consultoria en ciberseguretat: Implementació de la normativa NIS2

Abstract

Este trabajo de final de grado presenta la creación de una consultora especializada en la aplicación de la Directiva NIS2, una normativa europea que introduce nuevos requisitos de ciberseguridad para empresas y entidades consideradas críticas. El objetivo principal es diseñar una propuesta empresarial que sea realista, viable y útil para ayudar a las organizaciones a adaptarse y cumplir con esta normativa de forma eficiente. Para hacerlo posible, se ha elaborado un plan de negocio completo que incluye un análisis de mercado, la definición detallada de los servicios ofrecidos, un estudio técnico y una estrategia comercial bien definida. También se ha desarrollado un análisis económico riguroso, con previsiones de ingresos y gastos, y escenarios de crecimiento progresivo. El proyecto incorpora herramientas y tecnologías específicas de ciberseguridad, así como metodologías de cumplimiento normativo, para garantizar un servicio alineado con las necesidades reales de las empresas. Además, se ha calculado el Período de Recuperación (PR) y se ha evaluado la viabilidad económica mediante proyecciones realistas. Los resultados indican que el proyecto es viable, con un modelo escalable y preparado para responder a la creciente demanda generada por la implementación de la NIS2. En conjunto, este trabajo integra conocimiento técnico, visión estratégica y análisis económico para mostrar cómo un reto normativo puede convertirse en una oportunidad de negocio real dentro del sector de la ciberseguridad.

Aquest treball de final de grau presenta la creació d’una consultoria especialitzada en l’aplicació de la Directiva NIS2, una normativa europea que introdueix nous requisits de ciberseguretat per a empreses i entitats considerades crítiques. L’objectiu principal és dissenyar una proposta empresarial que sigui realista, viable i útil per ajudar les organitzacions a adaptar-se i complir amb aquesta normativa de manera eficient. Per fer-ho possible, s’ha elaborat un pla de negoci complet que inclou un anàlisi de mercat, la definició detallada dels serveis oferts, un estudi tècnic i una estratègia comercial ben definida. També s’ha treballat una anàlisi econòmica rigorosa, amb previsions d’ingressos i despeses, i escenaris de creixement progressiu. El projecte incorpora eines i tecnologies específiques de ciberseguretat, així com metodologies de compliment normatiu, per garantir un servei alineat amb les necessitats reals de les empreses. A més, s’ha calculat el Període de Recuperació (PR) i s’ha valorat la viabilitat econòmica mitjançant projeccions realistes. Els resultats indiquen que el projecte és viable, amb un model escalable i preparat per respondre a la demanda creixent que genera la implementació de la NIS2. En conjunt, aquest treball integra coneixement tècnic, visió estratègica i anàlisi econòmica per mostrar com un repte normatiu pot convertir-se en una oportunitat de negoci real dins del sector de la ciberseguretat.

This final degree project presents the creation of a consultancy specialized in the implementation of the NIS2 Directive, a European regulation that introduces new cybersecurity requirements for companies and entities considered critical. The main objective is to design a business proposal that is realistic, viable, and useful in helping organizations adapt to and comply with this regulation efficiently. To achieve this, a comprehensive business plan has been developed, including a market analysis, a detailed definition of the services offered, a technical study, and a well-defined commercial strategy. A rigorous financial analysis has also been carried out, with revenue and expense forecasts and progressive growth scenarios. The project incorporates specific cybersecurity tools and technologies, as well as compliance methodologies, to ensure a service aligned with the real needs of companies. In addition, the Payback Period (PR) has been calculated, and the economic viability has been assessed using realistic projections. The results indicate that the project is viable, with a scalable model ready to respond to the growing demand generated by the implementation of the NIS2 directive. Overall, this project integrates technical knowledge, strategic vision, and financial analysis to demonstrate how a regulatory challenge can become a real business opportunity within the cybersecurity sector.
