Disseny i condicionament d’un laboratori per a la fabricació de productes cosmètics

Abstract

Este trabajo tiene como objetivo principal el diseño y acondicionamiento de un laboratorio cosmético, especializado en la producción de dos productos: una crema hidratante y un bálsamo labial, elaborados con ingredientes naturales y sostenibles. Para alcanzar este objetivo, se realiza un análisis previo del contexto de la industria cosmética, la normativa vigente y las tendencias actuales en formulación y sostenibilidad. Se aplica una metodología basada en la definición de formulaciones cosméticas, el diseño del proceso productivo y la selección del equipamiento adecuado. También se determina la distribución óptima de las zonas de trabajo e incluyen medidas de seguridad, control de calidad y prevención de los riesgos que puedan producirse. En el ámbito económico, se ha realizado un estudio de viabilidad que incluye la inversión inicial necesaria, el cálculo de los costes directos e indirectos de producción. A partir de estos datos, se ha determinado el tiempo estimado en que podría recuperarse la inversión inicial. En definitiva, se puede afirmar que la propuesta es viable técnica y económicamente, y responde a una demanda que actualmente no deja de crecer

Aquest treball té com a objectiu principal el disseny i condicionament d’un laboratori cosmètic, especialitzat en la producció de dos productes: una crema hidratant i un bàlsam labial, elaborats amb ingredients naturals i sostenibles. Per assolir aquest objectiu, s’ha realitzat un anàlisi previ del context de la indústria cosmètica, les normatives vigents i les tendències actuals en formulació i sostenibilitat. S’aplica una metodologia basada en la definició de formulacions cosmètiques, el disseny del procés productiu i la selecció d’equipament adequat. També es determina la distribució òptima de les zones de treball i s’inclouen mesures de seguretat, control de qualitat i prevencions de riscos que poden ocórrer. En l’àmbit econòmic, s’ha realitzat un estudi de viabilitat que inclou la inversió inicial necessària, el càlcul dels costos directes i indirectes de producció. A partir d’aquestes dades, s’ha determinat que el temps en el que es podria recuperar la inversió inicial. En definitiva, es pot afirmar que la proposta és viable tècnica i econòmicament, i respon a una demanda que actualment no para de créixer.

This project aims to design and set up a cosmetic laboratory specialized in the production of two products: a moisturizing cream and a lip balm, both formulated with natural and sustainable ingredients. To achieve this, a preliminary analysis of the cosmetics industry context, current regulations, and the latest trends in formulation and sustainability is carried out. The methodology is based on the definition of of cosmetic formulations, the design of the production process, and the selection of appropriate equipment. The optimal distribution of work areas is also determined, including safety measures, quality control, and the prevention of potential risks. From an economic perspective, a feasibility study has been conducted, which includes the required initial investment and the calculation of both direct and indirect production costs. Based on these data, the estimated time to recover the initial investment has been determined. In conclusion, it can be stated that the proposal is both technically and economically viable, and responds to a demand that continues to grow steadily
