This is a document containing the information about my project where I will try to create an animation pack for 3D locomotion and combat aimed at indie development studios Summary This is a document containing the information about my project where I will try to create an animation pack for 3D locomotion and combat aimed at indie development studios who are unable to afford an animator to take care of it, or lack the time needed for a satisfying result. The newest ways to make realistic animations are too complex for this project and require specific equipment that I unfortunately lack, as analyzed in the state of the art so instead other, more archaic ways to produce animations will be used. Another one of the objectives this document achieves to tackle is the animations used in the current games. Which ones are specific to which genres? Which animations are shared amongst all of them? It will be required information in order to properly devise an accurate pack that effectively filters the animations that my clients will most likely require in their games. By using Scrum as the main methodology and Trello, as well as a Gantt document to keep track of the state of the tasks, I will be able to smoothly iterate the resulting animations so that polishing is not as time-consuming as it can be when tackling that amount of assets. As a result of the project documented throughout this paper, the animation pack achieved will be put to sale in the Unity asset store for a reasonable price.
