Recerca sobre el reciclatge de residus de materials tèxtils

Abstract

La indústria tèxtil és una de les més dinàmiques a escala global, però també una de les que genera un impacte ambiental més elevat, tant pel consum de recursos naturals com per la generació de residus. L’augment del consum de roba, així com la baixa taxa de reciclatge dels residus tèxtils, ha evidenciat la necessitat urgent de transformar el model actual cap a una economia més circular i sostenible. Aquest treball de fi de grau se centra en l’estudi del reciclatge de residus de materials tèxtils, amb especial atenció a la classificació i separació eficient de les peces de roba mitjançant tecnologies innovadores amb diferents sensors. L’objectiu és analitzar l’estat actual del sector, identificar les principals barreres tecnològiques i logístiques, i proposar millores que permetin optimitzar els processos de reutilització i valorització dels materials tèxtils. Al llarg del treball, es tractaran diferents aspectes dels teixits, les problemàtiques associades a la gestió de residus tèxtils, així com les diferents rutes de reciclatge. També s’estudiarà la viabilitat econòmica de la implantació d’una planta de classificació i reciclatge, i s’avaluarà l’impacte ambiental de les diverses opcions disponibles. Aquesta recerca busca aportar una visió tècnica, crítica i innovadora sobre un sector amb gran potencial de millora, contribuint a generar coneixement i possibles solucions per fer front als reptes mediambientals del present i del futur.
