Caracterización mecánica de morteros reforzados con textiles para el refuerzo de estructuras de hormigón

Abstract

Las estructuras de hormigón armado y pretensado a menudo requieren reparación o refuerzo debido a la corrosión. Los morteros reforzados con textiles (TRM) son una opción prometedora para restaurar y mejorar la capacidad portante de este tipo de estructuras. El presente estudio evalúa las propiedades de tracción y adherencia de varios sistemas de TRM que incluyen textiles de carbono, basalto y cáñamo. Los resultados experimentales indican que el recubrimiento con resina epoxi mejora la adherencia y la resistencia a tracción de las fibras previniendo fallas telescópicas. La configuración de ensayo y el tipo de mortero utilizado afectan el patrón de fisuración y la capacidad de deformación.
