Abstract

El objeto de este trabajo es la redacción del Proyecto de planta para la recepción y tratamiento de residuos MARPOL I en el Puerto Autónomo de Barcelona, atendiendo las necesidades del Plan de cobertura MARPOL-1, asignado a Cataluña. Técnicamente, los sistemas de tratamiento proyectados presentan grandes ventajas, por la optimización de los procesos de tratamiento, frente a otros sistemas opcionales. Se trata de sistemas modulares cerrados lo que posibilita el transporte vía terrestre o marítima facilitando enormemente su instalación. Los procesos están inteconectados pero separados y los efluentes se tratan dentro del mismo sistema. Este trabajo, está compuesto de cuatro capítulos. En el primero se habla de la memoria del proyecto, y después de exponer el marco legal de las instalaciones de recepción de los residuos de los buques, habla de la normativa aplicada, seguida de la descripción técnica del proyecto. En el segundo capítulo se propone un estudio del imapacto ambiental del proyecto, con una identificación y evaluación de los impactos sobre el medio, descripción de impactos identificados, una matriz causa efecto, la evaluación de los impactos identificados y las medidas correctoras. En el tarcer capítulo se calcula el presupuesto, mientras que en el cuarto se valora la viabilidad del proyecto. Al final del trabajo hay unos annexos con los planos que acompañan a la explicación.
