Desenvolupament d’un carro de picking per a expedicions logístiques

Abstract

El proyecto responde a la necesidad del departamento de expediciones de una empresa para tener un programa que facilite el proceso de picking de sus productos. Se analiza la situación actual basada en documentos impresos donde existe un proceso manual y se encuentran sus necesidades: optimización del espacio y tiempo de preparación de vales en el carro de expediciones y eliminación del papel. Se centrará en mejorar la eficiencia de los trabajadores y la reducción del impacto ambiental. En las conclusiones se ve que hemos obtenido un proceso de picking más rápido y verde.

El projecte respon a la necessitat del departament d’expedicions d’una empresa per tindre un programa que faciliti el procés de picking dels seus productes. S’analitza la situació actual basada en documents impresos on hi ha un procés manual i es troben les seves necessitats: optimització de l’espai i temps de preparació de vals en el carro d’expedicions i eliminació del paper. Se centrarà a millorar l’eficiència dels treballadors i la reducció de l’impacte ambiental. En les conclusions es veu que hem obtingut un procés de picking més ràpid i verd.

The project tackles the need of the shipping department of a company to have a program that facilitates the picking process of its products. The current situation, based on printed documents involving a manual process, is analyzed and its needs are identified: optimization of space and time for preparing orders in the shipping cart, and elimination of paper usage. It focuses on improving worker efficiency and reducing environmental impact. The conclusions show that we have obtained a faster and more environmentally friendly picking process.
