En este proyecto se lleva a cabo todo el procedimiento necesario para la construcción de una nave industrial dedicada a uso deportivo. En este queda incluido la selección del terreno, los cálculos de estructura necesario para los requerimientos identificados, un estudio hidráulico para el suministro de agua, los medios necesarios para una correcta ventilación y un estudio de viabilidad. El trabajo se establece con la subida de la demanda de uso de este tipo de instalaciones, la cual en los últimos cuatro años ha aumentado exponencialmente. Así, que se plantea utilizar una gran superficie de terreno, ubicada en una zona industrial, para fomentar el deporte y la salud. Adicionalmente, para ayudar al bienestar de los usuarios, se abre un restaurante, dentro del recinto, el cual permita dietas personalizadas para consumir después de un entrenamiento, que asegure la máxima recuperación y cuidado. Cabe destacar la instalación de una gran superficie de paneles solares, que permitan un abastecimiento completo por medio de la radiación solar, generando energía eléctrica mediante placas solares fotovoltaicas, y consiguiendo temperatura de agua con solares térmicas. No debe limitarse en el beneficio único de la instalación, así que no se aplica ningún máximo generativo, solo cubrir con la máxima instalación posible de paneles y poder repartir la energía proporcionada por el Sol a demás usuarios. A lo largo del documento se observan la gran cantidad de detalles a cumplir, para que el resultado cumpla con toda la normativa vigente, conseguido revisando todos los puntos con la normativa establecida de cada apartado. Finalmente, se muestra el coste actual de ser sostenible y la rentabilidad de establecer un negocio de estilo deportivo.

In this project, all the necessary procedures for the construction of an industrial building for sports use are carried out. This includes the selection of the land, the calculations of the structure necessary for the identified requirements, a hydraulic study for the water supply, the necessary means for correct ventilation and a feasibility study. The work is established with the increase in demand for the use of this type of facility, which in the last four years has increased exponentially. It is proposed to use a large area of land, located in an industrial area, to promote sport and health. In addition, to help the well-being of the users, a restaurant will be opened within the premises, which will allow personalised diets to be consumed after training, to ensure maximum recovery and care. It is worth mentioning the installation of a large area of solar panels, which allow a complete supply by means of solar radiation, generating electricity through photovoltaic solar panels, and achieving water temperature with solar thermal. It should not be limited in the sole benefit of the installation, so no generative maximum is applied, only to cover with the maximum possible installation of panels and to be able to distribute the energy provided by the sun to other users. Throughout the document we can observe the great amount of details to be fulfilled, so that the result complies with all the current regulations, achieved by reviewing all the points with the established regulations of each section. Finally, the current cost of being sustainable and the profitability of establishing a sports style business is shown.
