Desarrollo de un modelo de edificio de viviendas de consumo energético nulo en Viladecans

Abstract

En España, 26 millones de viviendas construidas antes de 2007 están reguladas por normativas que en materia de ahorro energético no eran tan estrictas como las actuales. La Unión Europea ha implementado una serie de directrices que son adaptadas por cada país, como el desarrollado el Código Técnico de la Edificación, concretamente el DB-HE. Se prevé que los cambios impartidos por la UE aumentarán las demandas de eficiencia energética, lo que conducirá al desarrollo de edificios Net-Zero energy building con menor uso de energía, implementando medidas pasivas, que disminuyan la demanda de energía, y medidas activas, que limiten el consumo hasta alcanzar niveles de autoconsumo de energía. El trabajo se enfocará en construir un edificio que equidista o supere la demanda de energía con la producción energética propia del edificio. Se modelará el edificio con una envolvente eficiente, se hará un cálculo de las cargas térmicas, estimación del consumo energético, diseño de las instalaciones de energía eléctrica, térmica y producción de ACS. Finalmente se llevará a cabo un análisis económico para la misma vivienda aplicando dos enfoques distintos, uno con el estándar Net-Zero y otro siguiendo los mínimos que exige el CTE DBHE.
