Automatización de procesos documentales

Abstract

This project focuses on automating document processes for a financial institution. The primary objective is to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and minimize errors in document management. The Agile methodology facilitated a flexible and iterative development. Tools such as convolutional neural networks (CNN) for classification and natural language processing techniques for data extraction were employed. Results demonstrated a significant reduction in processing time and human errors, achieving optimal automation with high accuracy. Finally, the project concludes that the integration of AI technologies into document workflows offers clear benefits in terms of scalability and efficiency, which have a direct impact on the economic system.
