Disseny d'un producte per a millorar les condicions de vida a l'intempèrie

Abstract

Este proyecto tiene como objetivo diseñar un producto que mejore la calidad de vida a la intemperie, dirigido a dos grupos de usuarios potenciales: las personas aficionadas al excursionismo y las personas sin hogar. Para desarrollar este producto, se han estudiado las necesidades de ambos colectivos con el fin de identificar aquellas que son comunes o compatibles. A partir del análisis de estas problemáticas, se ha generado una propuesta que se materializa en un kit de acampada modular, compuesto por cinco productos que se pueden utilizar conjuntamente o por separado: un colchón convertible en saco de dormir, un colchón inflable, una válvula de inflado, un neceser y una riñonera. El diseño del kit se ha desarrollado siguiendo los principios de ecodiseño, considerando los materiales y procesos más adecuados para garantizar su viabilidad a nivel industrial. Además, se ha fabricado un prototipo real para evaluar su funcionalidad y se ha realizado un análisis del impacto ambiental del producto, así como una estimación de su presupuesto de producción.

Aquest projecte té com a objectiu dissenyar un producte per millorar la qualitat de vida a la intempèrie, adreçat a dos grups d’usuaris potencials: les persones aficionades a l’excursionisme i les persones sense sostre. Per desenvolupar aquest producte, s’han estudiat les necessitats de tots dos col·lectius per identificar aquelles que són comunes o compatibles. A partir de l’anàlisi d’aquestes problemàtiques, s’ha generat una proposta que es materialitza en un kit d’acampada modular, format per cinc productes que es poden utilitzar conjuntament o per separat: un matalàs convertible en sac de dormir, un matalàs inflable, una vàlvula d’inflat, un necesser i una ronyonera. El disseny del kit s’ha desenvolupat seguint els principis de l’ecodisseny, considerant els materials i processos més adequats per garantir la seva viabilitat a nivell industrial. A més, s’ha fabricat un prototip real per avaluar-ne la funcionalitat i es dur a terme una anàlisi de l’impacte ambiental del producte, així com una estimació del seu pressupost de producció

This project aims to design a product that improves quality of life outdoors, targeting two potential user groups: outdoor enthusiasts and homeless individuals. To develop this product, the needs of both groups have been studied to identify those that are common or compatible. Based on the analysis of these challenges, a proposal has been developed in the form of a camping kit that includes five products, which can be used together or separately: a convertible mattress that functions as a sleeping bag, an inflatable mattress, an inflating valve, a toiletry bag, and a fanny pack. The kit’s design has been developed according to ecodesign principles, selecting the most suitable materials and processes to ensure its feasibility for industrial production. Additionally, a real prototype has been created to evaluate its functionality, and both an environmental impact analysis and a production cost estimation have been conducted.
