Abstract

La economía global y la sobrepoblación, no ayudan a que los jóvenes se hagan con una vivienda digna. Las soluciones renovables y respetuosas con el medio ambiente son el futuro. Este trabajo, desde un enfoque de diseño de producto, investiga el mercado y ofrece un diseño de vivienda social. Dadas ciertas colaboraciones, propone emplazarse en Colombia. Este objetivo se alcanzará con los siguientes métodos: propuesta de diseño, alta eficiencia en el uso de los metros cuadrados de suelo disponibles, materiales reciclables de origen orgánico, tejado vegetado y el ofrecimiento de buenas opciones de vegetabilidad y energías renovables. Finalmente, se acaba diseñando con guadua y cedro una vivienda de dos pisos que cumple todas las normativas de sismorresitencia de Colombia y habitabilidad de España. Tiene el tejado vegetado. Como consideraciones: cambiar las escaleras lineales por unas de caracol y buscar otro programa alternativo a SolidWorks.

L'economia global i la sobrepoblació, no ajuden que els joves es facin amb un habitatge digne. Les solucions renovables i respectuoses amb el medi ambient són el futur. Aquest treball, des d'un enfocament de disseny de producte, investiga el mercat i ofereix un disseny d'habitatge social. Donades certes col·laboracions, proposa emplaçar-se a Colòmbia. Aquest objectiu s'assolirà amb els mètodes següents: proposta de disseny, alta eficiència en l'ús dels metres quadrats de sòl disponibles, materials reciclables d'origen orgànic, teulada vegetada i l'oferiment de bones opcions addicionals de vegetabilitat i energies renovables. Finalment, s'acaba dissenyant amb guadua i cedre un habitatge de dos pisos que compleix totes les normatives de sismorresitència de Colòmbia i d'habitabilitat d'Espanya. Té la teulada vegetada. Com a consideracions: canviar les escales lineals per unes de cargol i cercar un altre programa alternatiu a SolidWorks.

The global economy and overpopulation does not help young people to get a decent home. Renewable and environmentally friendly solutions are the future. This project, from a product design approach, investigates the market and offers a social housing design. Given certain collaborations, the design settles in Colombia. These objectives will be achieved with the following methods: design proposal, high efficiency in the use of available land, recyclable materials of organic origin, vegetated roof and offering good optional vegetative and energy renewable options. Finally, a two-story house that meets all earthquake resistance regulations in Colombia and habitability in Spain. Have the vegetated roof. As considerations: change linear stairs for spiral ones and look for another alternative program to SolidWorks.
