El lenguaje visual de la arquitectura

Abstract

Este trabajo estudia como la inteligencia artificial está dando lugar a una nueva rama del lenguaje visual de la arquitectura, centrándose en la evolución de los métodos de diseño a lo largo del tiempo, las prácticas profesionales y la percepción espacial. Investiga el impacto de nuevas herramientas de creación digital impulsadas por inteligencia artificial, como la visualización de datos, creación de imágenes digitales o la realidad virtual. Además, se analizan las limitaciones de estas nuevas herramientas y también sus capacidades, llegando a abordar preocupaciones éticas como la propiedad intelectual y el futuro de los arquitectos en una profesión digitalizada.

Aquest treball estudia com la intel·ligència artificial dóna lloc a una nova branca del llenguatge visual de l'arquitectura, centrant-se en l'evolució dels mètodes de disseny al llarg del temps, les pràctiques professionals i la percepció espacial. Investiga l'impacte de noves eines de creació digital impulsades per intel·ligència artificial, com ara la visualització de dades, la creació d'imatges digitals o la realitat virtual. A més, s'analitzen les limitacions d'aquestes noves eines i també les capacitats, arribant a abordar preocupacions ètiques com la propietat intel·lectual i el futur dels arquitectes en una professió digitalitzada.

This paper studies how artificial intelligence is giving rise to a new branch of the visual language of architecture, focusing on the evolution of design methods over time, professional practices and spatial perception. It investigates the impact of new digital creation tools driven by artificial intelligence, such as data visualization, digital imaging or virtual reality. In addition, it analyzes the limitations of these new tools as well as their capabilities, addressing ethical concerns such as intellectual property and the future of architects in a digitalized profession.
