Abstract

This project has been carried out as the final project for the Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering at the Facultat d'Informàtica de Barcelona (FIB), Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya (UPC), in collaboration with the Institute of Construction Technology, ITeC. The main objective of the project is to migrate an old software application from the TCQ desktop application to a more modern and innovative one called TCQi. The project aims to optimize the management and monitoring of construction projects by implementing the BIM methodology. It seeks to improve efficiency in construction data management, facilitating access to and use of information in real time. This migration not only modernizes the tool but also provides greater collaboration and integration among the different agents involved in the construction process.
