Abstract

En la producción actual, especialmente en producciones de gran escala, lograr una alta eficiencia y estandarización de las máquinas es crucial. Este proyecto se enfoca en definir, analizar, implementar, controlar y documentar una serie de mejoras y procesos para alcanzar una eficiencia óptima y estandarización de una Monoblock, máquina especializada en llenado y grafado de fragancias. La investigación se lleva a cabo trabajando con una Monoblock real en la empresa Coty, ubicada en Granollers. Una de las tareas fundamentales es identificar y centrarse en los puntos que pueden causar mayores problemas, provocando un aumento en los paros no planificados y, por ende, afectando la eficiencia. Esto permitirá implementar mejoras y realizar un seguimiento adecuado. Además, en una producción modular, estandarizar los puntos de ajuste de la máquina es esencial. Cada formato producido es diferente, con dimensiones y materiales distintos, aunque el proceso sea similar. Estandarizar una máquina nos permite fabricar productos personalizados sin incurrir en altos costos de producción, lo que también nos permite ahorrar tiempo y aumentar la producción.

Aquest projecte s'enfoca a definir, analitzar, implementar, controlar i documentar una sèrie de millores i processos per a aconseguir una eficiència òptima i estandardització d'una Monoblock, màquina especialitzada en ompliment i grafat de fragàncies. La recerca es duu a terme treballant amb una Monoblock real en l'empresa Coty, situada a Granollers. Una de les tasques fonamentals és identificar i centrar-se en els punts que poden causar majors problemes, provocant un augment en els aturs no planificats i, per tant, afectant l'eficiència. Això permetrà implementar millores i realitzar un seguiment adequat. A més, en una producció modular, estandarditzar els punts d'ajust de la màquina és essencial. Cada format produït és diferent, amb dimensions i materials diferents, encara que el procés sigui similar. Estandarditzar una màquina ens permet fabricar productes personalitzats sense incórrer en alts costos de producció, la qual cosa també ens permet estalviar temps i augmentar la producció.

In today's production, especially in large-scale production, achieving high efficiency and standardization of machines is crucial. This project focuses on defining, analyzing, implementing, controlling and documenting a series of improvements and processes to achieve optimal efficiency and standardization of a Monoblock, a machine specialized in filling and engraving fragrances. The research is carried out working with a real Monoblock in the company Coty, located in Granollers. One of the fundamental tasks is to identify and focus on the points that can cause the most problems, leading to an increase in unplanned stoppages and, therefore, affecting efficiency. This will allow improvements to be implemented and properly followed up. Furthermore, in modular production, standardizing machine set points is essential. Each format produced is different, with different dimensions and materials, even if the process is similar. Standardizing a machine allows us to manufacture customized products without incurring high production costs, which also saves time and increases production.
