Disseny d'una columna de cervesa per a bars de la costa catalana, a partir de materials reciclats obtinguts de la mateixa línea litoral, fomentant un missatge sostenible

Abstract

Com a finalitat del projecte, s’ha desenvolupat una columna de cervesa innovadora, que alhora s’adapta a les tendències del mercat. Partint d’una necessitat en el sector cerveser que involucra els requeriments de l’usuari, juntament amb una necessitat climàtica a la costa catalana, s’ha desenvolupat un tirador de cervesa aprofitant materials reciclats de la línia litoral amb un disseny que integra un missatge de sostenibilitat. Alhora s’ha definit una interfície que monitoritza l’estat de la instal·lació complerta per a mantenir a l’usuari connectat directament amb el funcionament i el procés de dispensar la cervesa. Finalment s’ha realitzat un prototip a escala 1:1 que transmet el concepte i l’essència del tirador, assolint en la mesura del possible l’acabat real de la proposta amb elements estandarditzats que garanteixen un producte funcional.

s the culmination of the project, an innovative beer tap column has been developed that aligns with current market trends. Starting from a need in the beer sector that addresses user requirements along with a climatic need on the Catalan coast, a beer tap has been developed using recycled materials from the coastal line, featuring a design that incorporates a message of sustainability. Additionally, an interface has been defined that monitors the status of the complete installation to keep the user directly connected with the operation and the beer dispensing process. Finally, a full-scale prototype has been created that conveys the concept and essence of the tap, achieving the real finish of the proposal as closely as possible with standardized elements that ensure a functional product.
