Estudio experimental de hormigones sostenibles. Evolución temporal de la resistencia mecánica en mezclas de cal y puzolanas.

Abstract

El presente trabajo tiene por objetivo estudiar la influencia de mezclas de cal y puzolana como un aglomerante que permita sustituir, en determinadas ocasiones, al cemento Portland (CP), con la finalidad de buscar alternativas con menor huella de carbono y por tanto menor impacto ambiental. Se propone mediante un estudio experimental realizar una serie de muestras (probetas de 2.5x2.5x2.5 cm) con variación en los porcentajes de dosificación (5%, 7.5% y 10% de puzolana respecto a la cal) y humedades del curado (33%, 50% y 94% con variación de ±3), empleando tres diferentes tipos de puzolanas (microsílice D, metakaolín HRM y optipozz) y un tipo de cal (NHL-5), con la finalidad de ensayarlas y analizar la resistencia mecánica a diferentes edades (28 y 60 días), y analizar e interpretar los resultados de la evolución de su comportamiento y los factores responsables de los cambios. Los resultados respaldarán conseguir la resistencias obtenidos viabilidad de notables (respecto del uso de la cal exclusivamente) a partir de aglomerantes a base de cal y puzolanas exclusivamente, sin aportación alguna de cemento Portland.
